“ServiceQualität Deutschland” is a system for managing quality in the service sector. Companies in the service sector have the chance to step into the shoes of consumers and experience their own business from the guests point of view. Enterprises can decide which degree of quality they wish to achieve. There are three degrees of service quality: I, II and III. More than 4,000 small and medium-sized enterprises have opted to use “ServiceQualität Deutschland”. Various service providers from the hospitality sector, as well as leisure industry and municipalities already use this system.
